| the request was within few hours after the pairing. Was afterpairing, in odd round. Changes of players are possible just in even round. Would be ok, if they changes before pairing and accordance with rules.
the captain could not have breached the rule 8 as the program doesn't allow it, only person that can add him is the administrator on request from a committee member or organizer. Yes, I know. I repeat, why you decided to make exception from rule 8.1? We have precedent which isn't explained. Was time for adding player to team.
