| Hi,
rule 9.2:"If a captain fails to do his/her duties he/she has to transfer them to another player of the team." If captain doesnt have access to internet... or there are some technical problemes, etc... other player can reply on the forum EL-dates only. If two teams agree about date on other (Polish...) forums, by email, telephon... is conditionaly possible if both teams come. If one team missing, committee considers only messages in EL forum (including 3-days rule), other messages on other forums, emails... are not valid in this case. We had some similar situations last season and members of committee agreed about this procedure. Regards, Tomo | |

Sometimes captain is out (for example trip or illines). I guess is it possible (and I propose this change in EL site) to do vice-captain in team. Then vice-captain could make date offer and or write/accept match results. Mark (alicecooper) | |
