Am also not satisfied with this situation, because Comapny was always team which was fighting to achieve the best places in whole league. But imagine our situation, we have to follow rules and make exceptions as rarely as possible. If we allow you to go back, everyone should go through it and say: "Why I can´t when Company can?" And he will be right. We cannot effort situation like that. Piotr told us about situation in Company also before start of Euroleague, and I´m sorry for that. But it is also one of the capitan duty - to hold down his players, to control them and be also responsible for them. And I agree with Tomo that this season is not lost for you. As it´s written you can join last player after this round. And also because of your walkover you have weaker opponent. So may be there is possibility to win in three players? It´s up to you. (BG Dragons sorry, I have not said weak, but weaker then the opponent in case of win in first round) Am quite sure that you will stand such a situation if you´re strong. An Company always was. | The season is still not lost for Company. You have 1 walkover now, if you have 3 wo, you will be disqualified. You can play with 3 players in the current round and you will get 8+5=13pp only, and you needn't be anxious about that. Even if you lose a match. After 2nd round, you and your teammates can join to the team normally (rule 8.1).
It is just bad start for you. If you lose the 2nd match, you will have weaker teams in the next rounds and you can easier climbing on placing. | |

| Correction, we don't have exact precedens like this one - captain leaves and wants back, not exactly same case.
But new players cannot be joined, that never happened this way and will never happen. It is up to the captain to organize and manage players to be able to play and if they cannot play since 1st round at least in 3 players already, it is big mistake of the captain I think. | |

look, there were different opinions also in committee, we understand the problem and we have sympathy for you. But you left the team willingly and captain also has to set other player as captain first so you even couldn't claim you left accidentally. And the trouble is we have precedens for this in past and it is bad sign, if we decide in similar situation differently. But OK, as the team probably cannot play now - seems there are some players, who are inactive now, we could go through the case once more, although really new facts are hardly there. But can you guarantee, that after adding you your team will be able to play this round without problems? Certainly we cannot add new players at this point of competition, then what would we have rules for.. And other teams will feel hurt that in similar case this was never allowed. | Some things we cannot let them run on its own, although sometimes they slip from our control. Therefore I need to try one more time to convince you and try to put my request into consideration one more time. In Company there are only 3 players right now - Rakdar, Adik and Templar /Protiz are not available/.
Although it can seems different for you, Company always tried to play fair, play according to the rules. In "adifek case" nobody from team took a part in this dirty job, but still team was suffering because of penalty that had been given to us. Our existance was in danger, so in this situation we took unknown and controversial player, but because of fair play rules we resign from his service, I agree that it's better to pick known players instead of unknown, high ranked nicknames. I think that this negative thought are still in heads of commission, that's why you did not allow me to come back to the team and to add a player. I would like to ask you one more time to take case into consideraton - do you really want to put rules higher than existance of team that have been playing in EL since the very first beginning ( in the first season team had a name AK47)? I hope that Euroleague is still competition where friends are playing and can understand all the human weaknesses. Regards an_24 | |

We are planning to remove official tournaments in all games as soon as we introduce "clubs" feature (private rooms with tournaments, rating lists etc.). In some games, we are removing official tournaments sooner than that because of frequent cheating that takes place. | |

To all captains: please, read the rules carefully. if you have any problem, ask the Committee and not the other captains/players to solve it. I want to apologise for all problems during match versus Trojan Horse. Lack of players for the match, caused my frustration which I could not stop. I would like to ask organisators: 1. | I am not sure that he plays with program. But it is important that he reads the rules or his captain explains it. And then he has to play fair and also avoid graying during the game. Otherwise a player will be punished according to rules.

12.Fair play – accusation 12.1. If anyone thinks, suspects that a player uses a program, one must send a *.lib library (from the program RENLIB) with the game together with the name of the program being used to the committee. Only games from GEL should be analyzed. 12.2. One must present at least 15 games from *.lib library, in which the player(s) uses program. 12.3. One must write which moves were changed (if there are any changes) and must show, until which move the player(s) played with program. 12.4. The committee will check given *.lib library and make a decision. 12.5. The committee can analyze other games too. 12.6. If these points are not followed, the committee will not check the accusation. | |
